Path Collective is a community platform launching first in Melbourne, Australia, connecting people with events, facilitators and experiences designed for intentional living.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to apply to join the founding community. By submitting an application you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Applications and membership
- Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We review applications and may accept or decline them at our discretion.
- Founding Member, Founding Facilitator and Ambassador statuses are only available during the Founding Phase and are subject to availability.
- We may contact you using the details you provide to progress your application.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable laws;
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information;
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the site;
- Copy, scrape or reproduce content from the site without our permission.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Path Collective name, logo, text, graphics and design — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or content without prior written consent.
6. Community conduct
Path is built on genuine connection and mutual respect. We expect members, facilitators and ambassadors to treat one another with courtesy and integrity. We reserve the right to decline or revoke participation where conduct is inconsistent with the spirit of the community.
7. Events and experiences
Events listed or referenced on the site may be run by independent facilitators. Participation in any event is at your own discretion and risk. Where an event has its own terms, those terms apply in addition to these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we aim to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy or availability of the site.
9. Limitation of liability
